SCIP has been manufacturing cutlery and wine accessories since 1850 in Thiers, the capital for traditional fine cutlery in central France. Unlike the Laguiole design, the Thiers modern design and quality is closely guarded by a manufacturing charter. SCIP unique Thiers sommelier knifes handles are made from the actual vine stock inscribed in the back spring. T5 spires worm, micro serrated blade, long patented boot lever, two bolsters and plates in stainless steel. Choose from, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Chardonnay varietals.
